Decades of offshoring and stigmatization of skilled manufacturing have hollowed out critical industrial capacity, while generations of process knowledge disappear as machine shops close.

We are building Talon to produce the precision machined parts the next generation of critical industries will depend on.

Talon unites partner and franchised factories across the West into a single manufacturing network. We bring demand, finance production, and run the network on TalonOS.

TalonOS is the intelligence layer for precision manufacturing. Inside each factory, it turns drawings and technical requirements into production: interpreting CAD, generating manufacturing plans and machine programs, scheduling machines and labor, and managing quality and compliance.

Across the network, TalonOS understands what every factory can make, what capacity is available, and where each job should run. It allocates production, anticipates bottlenecks, reroutes work as conditions change, and coordinates programs through delivery.
